This Service Agreement is between AZ Stone and Crystal Co. dba Solaure Wellness Studio (the "Business") and the individual purchasing, booking, or participating in services (the "Client").

NOTICE: By purchasing, booking, or participating in our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Solaure Wellness Studio offers wellness and personal enrichment experiences, including Reiki energy healing, crystal chakra balancing, sound baths, sound healing, intuitive card readings, and other wellness services, classes, and gatherings.

Our services are intended to encourage relaxation, personal reflection, energetic balance, and overall well-being.

2. Payment & Booking

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Payments may be made using approved payment methods accepted by the Business.

All private sessions and appointments must be scheduled in advance. Booking confirmations will be provided through our designated booking platform or other communication methods.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

We understand that schedules can change and kindly require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

24 hours or more before your appointment: Clients may cancel for a refund or reschedule their session.
Less than 24 hours before your appointment: Cancellations and rescheduling requests are nonrefundable.
No-shows: Missed appointments without prior notice are nonrefundable.
Late arrivals: Sessions may be shortened to accommodate existing appointments without a reduction in price.

For virtual sessions, clients are responsible for being available at their scheduled appointment time.

Group events, workshops, retreats, and special programs may have separate cancellation and refund policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Not Medical, Mental Health, or Religious Advice

Solaure Wellness Studio provides complementary wellness services intended to support relaxation, personal growth, and general well-being.

Our practitioners do not represent themselves as licensed medical or mental health professionals unless explicitly identified as such.

Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or mental health disorder. They are not substitutes for professional medical care, mental health treatment, or advice from qualified healthcare providers.

Clients should consult their healthcare professionals regarding medical concerns, medications, or treatment decisions.

Participation in our services does not establish a medical or mental health provider-patient relationship.

5. Not Legal or Financial Advice

Any information or insights shared during our services, including intuitive card readings, are intended for personal reflection, spiritual exploration, and entertainment purposes.

We do not provide professional legal, financial, or investment advice.

Clients are encouraged to consult qualified professionals before making significant legal, financial, medical, or personal decisions.

6. Personal Responsibility

By participating in our services, you acknowledge that your participation is voluntary.

You are responsible for your personal decisions, actions, and well-being before, during, and after your session.

You agree to use your own judgment when considering information, insights, or suggestions provided during our services.

Please inform your practitioner of any relevant physical limitations, sensitivities, or accommodations needed for a comfortable experience.

7. No Guarantees

Every individual's experience with Reiki, sound healing, crystal chakra balancing, and intuitive readings is unique.

While our intention is to create a supportive environment for relaxation, reflection, and personal growth, we cannot guarantee specific physical, emotional, spiritual, or energetic outcomes.

Client experiences and results may vary.

8. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in wellness services and activities is voluntary and may involve certain inherent risks.

You agree to communicate any discomfort, concerns, or limitations to your practitioner and understand that you may request modifications or discontinue a session at any time.

You voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with participating in the services you select, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Indemnification & Release of Claims

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release and hold harmless AZ Stone and Crystal Co. dba Solaure Wellness Studio, its owners, employees, practitioners, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from your voluntary participation in our services, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

You agree to indemnify the Business against third-party claims arising from your unlawful conduct or material breach of this Agreement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

10. Agreement & Acceptance

By booking, purchasing, or participating in services offered by Solaure Wellness Studio, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to this Service Agreement and any additional policies applicable to your selected service.

This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws of the State of Arizona.
